Janice Zhang is the Senior Events Manager at AVPN, where she leads the design and execution of high-impact convenings that bring together changemakers across Asia to collaborate on driving positive social and environmental outcomes.

At AVPN, Janice plays a central role in managing flagship events such as the AVPN Global Conference, one of the largest and most influential social investment gatherings in the region, and regional summits across Asia. She is passionate about creating purposeful experiences that spark dialogue, build connections, and inspire action within the global impact ecosystem.

Janice brings over eight years of experience in Singapore’s arts and cultural sector, where she managed and produced a range of major public and community events. Her portfolio includes the Sing50 concert (2015), a celebration of Singapore’s musical heritage; ChildAid (2015), a charity concert supporting youth development; and One Voice: The Best of ASEAN Performing Arts (2018), a cultural initiative commemorating Singapore’s ASEAN Chairmanship. One of her most meaningful projects was Culture Plus: A Message From Outside, a visual arts programme that fostered connection between inmates and the elderly through creative expression.

Prior to her events career, Janice spent four years as a Geography teacher in a secondary school.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the National University of Singapore and continues to be driven by a belief in the power of thoughtful, inclusive experiences to shape a better world.
