Jayant Rastogi joined Magic Bus as the Chief Executive Officer, India in September 2016. He now spearheads Magic Bus Globally as Chief Executive Officer. 

An industry veteran with over 28 years of experience in setting up and driving successful and scalable businesses for multinationals and startups, Jayant has previously served as the CEO of Motorola Solutions and Novell. Prior to joining Magic Bus,  he co-founded two technology-led ventures - one is a social venture focused on providing affordable healthcare for the less privileged and the other is an aggregator platform for commercial transportation. 

Jayant has been a part of senior management teams, both in India and in APAC, and part of Global strategy team. He has a flair for scaling up and driving large business operations.

In the last two years at Magic Bus, Jayant has built a highly skilled and dynamic leadership team who are from both, the development and corporate sector. In his journey in Magic Bus he has automated programme and business operations in finance and HR creating strong governance processes, efficiency and rigour in programme delivery.
