As the Membership Services Associate, Jenny manages the internal membership processes. This includes managing the membership database, processing new applications, managing membership renewals, ensuring the membership team has all of the tools needed to best service members and providing support to the membership representatives. Part of her role includes identifying gaps in the membership data collection and creating and implementing improvements to the CRM system to address these gaps and integrating it with the wider team's processes.
New to the social investment space, Jenny has professional experience working with nonprofits and charities in the UK, US and Malaysia. While Singapore is where Jenny calls home, her heart will always belong to the mountains of Colorado.
