Jaehyong is the CEO & Chairperson of Root Impact. Under his leadership, the organization has built the changemaker community and impact ecosystem in Seoul, South Korea. Meanwhile, Root Impact has been well positioned as one of the most influential organizations in the ecosystem. He had been responsible for business development and organization management for the first 5 years as a co-founder & COO, and he succeeded to the CEO in August 2017.

Prior to founding Root Impact, Jaehyong had worked at Bain & Company as a management consultant. He holds a BA in Management from Seoul National University.
