Jiali supports the team by developing, managing and evaluating programmes, helping to strengthen Empact's position as an intermediary between skill-based volunteers and social organisations. 
 
After graduating from the National University of Singapore with a social sciences degree, Jiali furthered her interests in social psychology and organisational development by pursuing a career in the public sector. There, she had the opportunity to develop national programmes for youths and support the growth of the youth sector and its sector partners. 
 
Jiali believes in the potential of creative arts and dance to positively impact the larger community, and spends time mentoring youths in her church.
