Ching-Jen Chang (Jill) has over 10 years experience in marketing, event management, project management, and international collaboration. Her experiences cover various industries including nonprofit, international business, and sports. She was a professional baseball agent, project manager of US State Government in Asia, and Secretary General of a healthcare nonprofit. In addition to her position at Give2Asia, she is also a writer, a safe patient handling instructor, and delivered over 100 speeches .

Jill is a fellow of SEED program of Harvard University and Tsinghua University (Beijing), she holds an MA in Sports Management from University of Minnesota, and BA in Sociology and Russian from National Chengchi University in Taiwan.
