Joan leads Palladium?s Global Private Sector Team. Over the last 20 years, he has collaborated with hundreds of public and private organisations in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, to deliver positive impact by designing and implementing ecosystems transformation projects that require the alignment and partnership amongst multiple stakeholders.

He is also one of the best global experts in the use of the Balanced Scorecard as a strategic transformation tool, being a pioneer to apply it to manage inclusive growth programs globally.

Prior to joining Palladium, Joan developed his career as a consultant in Andersen Consulting in Spain (now Accenture), then joined Everis (originally DRM Group) to develop their European operations and launched his own Change Management advisory group Sponsor Management Consulting.
