About

Joe is a Finance Manager at AVPN. He is involved in the day-to-day running of the finance department and worked closely with senior management to ensure organisation meets and complies with all accounting, taxation, legislative and contractual requirements.

Joe have worked in the non-profit sector for more than ten years in different role as Accountant, Internal Auditor and External Auditor. He is familiar with the various regulatory requirements such as, Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Charities Accounting Standard, Charities Act and Code of Governance for Charities and IPCs. He has worked with more than 80 non-profit organisation, completing more than 200 corporate governance reviews, internal control reviews, risk assessment and SOP documentation. 

Joe holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting and a Diploma in Counselling Psychology. He is also a Chartered Accountant (Singapore), Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiners.
