Judy is responsible for the planning and execution of the Impact Incubator’s post-vetting capacity building and reporting work. So far, the post-vetting team oversees over 80 social entrepreneurs and social innovation projects funded by the HKSAR government’s Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund. Judy is also responsible for curating and organising capacity building programme and networking events. This included the event “Hong Kong Dialogue” in December 2021, co-organised with United Nations Development Programme and Citibank Hong Kong. Judy also oversees and manages Impact Incubator’s promotion strategies and social media.

Prior to her current position, Judy was an event organiser, project coordinator, community builder and freelance marketer with over 10 years’ of working experience. Her strengths are in organising community, social innovation and arts and cultural-related activities. Judy’s accumulated experience has allowed her to establish a vast and close network with local social entrepreneur and social innovation communities, community building practitioners, NGOs and media.

Judy received her Bachelor in Social Science (double major in Sociology, and Media and Cultural Studies) from the University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Cultural Studies with distinction from Lingnan University.
