About

Justin is responsible for developing and overseeing UBS Optimus Foundation's Social Finance programs in the APAC region (excluding PRC). He also oversees the Foundation's grant programs across the same region. He is passionate about developing outcomes based approaches to achieve high social impact, and using social finance to attract more capital to invest for good. 

Prior to Optimus, Justin worked for Prudence Foundation, the community investment arm of Prudential plc in Asia, where for almost six years he helped to develop and expand the Foundation and its programs across the region.  Before this, Justin worked for five years with Prudential in London and Hong Kong in Finance, Strategy and M&A roles.  He started his working life with EY Australia in assurance and transaction advisory roles, holds a Bachelor of Business with Distinction from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
