Karishma Talwar is a Assistant Director, Corporate Collaborations at AVPN. She is a dedicated partnerships and advocacy professional with over ten years of experience in strategic stakeholder engagement, sustainable development, and global institutional partnerships. Throughout her tenure with the UNFPA in New York and UN Women in India, she worked extensively on high-level stakeholder engagements, multi-stakeholder partnerships, and vital advocacy initiatives focused on gender equality, sexual and reproductive rights, and women's empowerment. Prior to her United Nations roles, she led the Business and Policy work at the Asia Society India Centre, where she successfully managed cross-sector programmes, diplomacy dialogues, and high-level roundtables involving policymakers, business leaders, and international institutions. Karishma brings a strong ability to adeptly navigate complex regulatory and political environments, building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, and effectively advancing organisational priorities through collaborative approaches.
