Kirsten is the Director of Knowledge & Innovation at The Fred Hollows Foundation, one of Australia's largest and most innovative international development organisations. In 2016, the Fred Hollows Foundation worked with partners to deliver more than a million eye operations and treatments, and treated over 18 million people with antibiotics for trachoma. Kirstenâ??s team drive innovation across The Foundationâ??s work and create opportunities for social impact investors to engage in eye health. Kirsten is a qualified actuary and a former Partner of PwC, and has worked in more than 20 countries, advising governments on major health financing and insurance system reforms.
