As an Associate in the West Asia team, Kashf focuses on strengthening partnerships and member engagement while supporting communications, presentations, and strategies that bring clarity and consistency to AVPN's work. Before AVPN, Kashf built her career as a digital marketer and content strategist, working across education, nonprofits, and tech startups. She led the digital rebranding of a school, creating its online presence and developing outreach materials that strengthened engagement with parents and students. She also worked on campaigns for a US-based medical device company, designing brochures, flyers, and pitches that simplified technical content for a global audience. More recently, she supported the launch of a no-code agency, shaping its brand identity and client communication kits. Outside of work, Kashf has a keen interest in exploring how digital tools can make complex ideas more accessible. Whether it’s experimenting with no-code platforms, building creative visual decks, or analysing audience insights, she enjoys finding ways to connect strategy with creativity. She also loves discovering cultural histories and stories from around the world, which often inspire her approach to storytelling and communication in a professional context.
