Save the Date for AVPN Events
Katrina is a Manager of AVPN's Capital Mobilisation Team supporting the Impact Measurement and Evaluation of Philanthropic Funds disbursed to various grantees in Asia and the Pacific markets, and ecosystem-building initiatives. Prior to AVPN, she was connected to the United Nations system - UNICEF, UN-HABITAT, UNFPA, and UNDP, to support the implementation of development and humanitarian programmes, including complex emergencies, in the Philippines and Papua New Guinea. She specializes in planning, monitoring and evaluation; partnerships with civil society organizations; and operations management. She also served as an officer in the UNICEF Philippines staff association, facilitating staff engagement and working with management to address concerns and improve organizational culture. Katrina has an MSc in Development Evaluation and Management from University of Antwerp, Belgium and an MA in Development Policy from De La Salle University, Manila.
