Keng Hwee brings with him over 19 years of experience working in areas of youth development and developing the capabilities of social organisations. At the national level, he has been involved in the conceptualisation and implementation of programmes to engage youth in volunteerism and develop them as next generation leaders for the community. He has also established development frameworks to guide efforts in capacity building of social organisations. At the community level, he has set up development frameworks and programmes to equip youths to better support the beneficiaries they are working with and to lead their peers in community service.

At Empact, Keng Hwee looks forward to more community engagement where he can contribute directly to building capabilities of social organisations through skills based volunteerism.

Outside of work, Keng Hwee spends time in his kitchen whipping up home-cooked meals for his family and exploring new cafes.
