Dr. Green is Chief of Party for the PATH/USAID Healthy Markets project, and program director for HIV/TB, viral hepatitis and NCDs at PATH in Vietnam. Dr. Green has worked more than twenty years in public health management, policy development and research. Since 2014, Dr. Green has led chronic disease initiatives at PATH Vietnam including the pioneering USAID/PATH Healthy Markets project, leveraging innovation and partnerships to increase key population access to effective HIV prevention, testing and treatment interventions. Dr. Green holds a Master’s Degree in International Health and Development from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and a PhD from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Dr. Green has co-authored more than 40 peer reviewed articles, abstracts and chapters.
