About

Kim is an agriculture specialist of the Feed the Future Asia Innovative Farmers Activity project. He is leading in the sourcing and validation process and provides the scientific validation for the new technologies and innovations identified by the project. He is working together with Kasetsart University as a technical advisor for the project.  This project aiming to improve the lives of farmers through developing a regional ecosystem that fosters new technology, partnerships, and innovative practices in South and Southeast Asia’s emerging markets with a focus on Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Nepal. 
Kim is also working as a consultant for the for the oil palm, rubber tree and fertilizer company in Thailand.

Kim has obtained his Ph.D. and worked in France at the Institut de recherche pour le développement (IRD), focusing on plant biology and agriculture. He experienced with energy crops such as oil palm, cassava, rubber tree and precision farming. He has also published papers and book reviews in the peer review journal.
