Save the Date for AVPN Events
Kurt Peleman is the Director of Global Markets at AVPN, where he leads the organisation’s efforts to strengthen cross-regional engagement and build new pathways for collaboration beyond Asia. He also leads AVPN’s Global Leadership Academy, aimed at facilitating South-South learning among social investors and changemakers. Kurt brings extensive experience from across the global impact ecosystem. He has worked with large NGOs such as Médecins Sans Frontières and the United Nations, as well as with social entrepreneurs, foundations like Co-Impact, local governments, and international networks. His previous roles include Executive Director at the European Venture Philanthropy Association (now Impact Europe), and Europe Director at Synergos’ Global Philanthropists Circle. Kurt has held various leadership and advisory roles across Europe, Africa, and Asia, and speaks Dutch, English, and French fluently. He is based in Belgium, where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
