About

Kwai Ying was brought in to drive and support the growth of CFS. She has more than 20 years of regional HR experience and has worked for several MNCs such as Solectron Technology, Millipore and Dow Corning.
 
Prior to joining CFS, Kwai Ying worked for National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre and has been a key member of the Human Resource (HR) team in driving several initiatives such as HR system implementation, Performance Management system and Total Rewards. In addition, she has also implemented succession management initiatives in the other MNCs she worked with.

 Kwai Ying holds a Business Administration degree from National University of Singapore and also a professional certification on Solution Focus Coaching.

 Kwai Ying joined the company on 11 August 2021.
