Lissa Glasgo serves as a Manager on the GIIN?s IRIS/Impact Measurement & Management team and leads theme strategy and development for IRIS+ and the Navigating Impact project. In her time at the GIIN, she has led the development of IRIS+ themes on housing, agriculture, energy, gender, health, financial inclusion, water, education, jobs, and climate change mitigation, supporting the GIIN?s work on impact performance as part of this work. Prior to joining the GIIN, Lissa drove impact measurement strategy with solar- and tech-focused social enterprises in the Philippines and South Africa. Previously, she worked for the Institute for Reproductive Health at Georgetown University, -- supporting research and programming related adolescent sexual health education and gender-based violence reduction ? and for the U.S. Peace Corps in Benin, where she worked on education and girls? empowerment projects. Lissa holds a Masters in Global Affairs with a focus on social enterprises, research methods, and gender from the Jackson Institute at Yale University, and a BA from Rice University.
