Libby has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry. Libby's main focus has been in relationship management with financial advisors and wealth management professionals for the past ten years in Australia and the United Kingdom. Whilst working abroad, Libby played a key role in the development and delivery of Macquarie's "Wrap" product to a new market. Libby has formalised her passion for coaching and business management by undertaking leadership and project consulting roles. She has also managed industry benchmarking programs and as a result her knowledge of industry practices has seen her become a key "go to" person for industry insights. 

Libby is passionate about the not for profit and social enterprise sector and has engaged in a broad range of activities from pro bono consulting to driving employee activity and engagement within the Macquarie Group, and recently completed a course on NFP board member governance. In late 2013 Libby relocated to Singapore and immediately sought out opportunities to contribute to the community in which she lives and works.
