Lilian Tan is a management professional with extensive experience in education program development, strategic partnerships, and capacity-building across the tertiary and non-profit sectors. Previously, as an eLearning Consultant at the Asian Development Bank Institute, she led the development of research-driven online courses to support policy development and learning across the Asia-Pacific region.

Throughout her career, Lilian has implemented cross-functional education initiatives at institutions including the University of Melbourne, RMIT, and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. With a strategic vision and analytical skills, she has managed interdisciplinary PhD programs and developed capacity-building projects focused on driving social impact.

Lilian holds a Master’s degree in Global Media Communications and a Bachelor’s in Media Communications with Japanese from the University of Melbourne. With specialised training in leadership, inclusive communication, and program management, she brings a global perspective and a strong commitment to transformative education.
