Lujain Al Ubaid is a Market Representative for the West Asia market at AVPN. She is the Co-founder and CEO of Tasamy for Impact, a trailblazing organisation dedicated to cultivating a dynamic ecosystem for social entrepreneurs and impact investors in Saudi Arabia. Under her leadership, Tasamy pioneered the introduction of social incubators and accelerators, significantly advancing the nation’s social entrepreneurship and impact investing landscape. In addition to her executive role, Lujain advises several private and public sectors, including Monshaat and the General Awqaf Authority Governor's Office, where she drives national advocacy for social finance and innovation within the endowment sector. A finance expert with distinguished executive education from Harvard Business School, Columbia Business School, and Oxford University’s Said Business School, she is also an Acumen Global Fellow and has held strategic leadership roles across international organizations. Lujain’s thought leadership and commitment to social impact have earned her recognition as one of the Middle East’s 100 Most Influential Women and nominations as one of Saudi Arabia’s Most Influential Under 30. Her distinguished contributions have been honored by HRH King Salman and Queen Silvia of Sweden. She is a sought-after advisor and speaker at global forums, where she champions the transformative power of social entrepreneurship.
