Luke is a Senior Manager at AVPN, where he leads strategic partnerships to advance health impact across Asia while managing key relationships in Northeast Asia. He works across the public, private, and social sectors, bringing together diverse stakeholders to advance collaborative solutions to Asia’s most pressing challenges.

Prior to joining AVPN, Luke held leadership roles across digital health, healthcare strategy, and impact advisory, supporting organisations in advancing innovation, investment, and ecosystem development across Asia. Drawing on experience spanning clinical practice, consulting, and cross-sector partnerships, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to advancing sustainable and scalable impact.

Luke holds an MBBS from Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University, and is passionate about connecting partners across sectors to accelerate innovative, scalable, and sustainable impact.
