About

Mark is the Asia Regional Programme Advisor for the WISE Global Foundation. WGF provides pathways to employment and ancillary supports for people living with disabilities and other socially disadvantaged groups. 

Mark's background is in international development and he has 30 years of experience working at leadership and senior management level delivering social development and poverty alleviation programs in Asia, Latin America and Europe. 

Mark has worked in a range of social sector thematic areas including disability employment, employment services for disadvantaged groups, disaster risk reduction and disaster response, community income generation, child rights and youth participation, early childhood care and development, child friendly schools, maternal and child health, child protection and safeguarding, gender and development, community climate change adaptation and good governance.
