May Lo is a private equity investment professional based in Singapore with Quadria Capital, one of the biggest healthcare focused private equity fund in the Southeast Asia and South Asia market. She is an integral member of the Quadria Investment Team, overseeing opportunities across Southeast Asia and has worked on transactions spanning the healthcare delivery, diagnostics, device and affiliated health services space and is involved in every stage of the investment process from screening, negotiation, deal evaluation, execution to portfolio management. Prior to Quadria, May was based in Hong Kong with the Investment Banking Division of UBS, specializing in executing M&A and other types of corporate finance transactions. She started her career as a corporate lawyer advising on cross-border M&A, private equity, capital market and structured finance transactions.

May holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Hong Kong. She is qualified to practice law in New York and Hong Kong.
