Megha leads the Dasra Social Impact (DSI) team where she creates and delivers executive education programs for social leaders. She has been involved in the designing, launch and ongoing delivery of one of Dasra’s premium offerings – DSI Leadership Program in partnership with the Harvard University. Her role at Dasra entails building and managing partnerships with external stakeholders to deliver outstanding capacity building programs in the sector.
She brings with her seven years of experience in the corporate retail sector having worked for Citi Group, Future Group and Hindustan Unilever. Her experience in a startup helped her understand the nuances of working in a resource constrained, unorganized environment versus a large process oriented corporation. She brings with her the ability to successfully manage profit centers, channelize people’s strengths in the right direction and empower teams to achieve goals.
She holds a Masters degree in Business Management from S.P. Jain with a specialization in Marketing.
