As Associate at Quadria Capital, Mervin is involved in aspects of deal sourcing, due diligence as well as portfolio company monitoring and implementation of strategies to increase shareholder value. He was also actively involved in the Fund's business development and set-up process. 

Quadria Capital, is a healthcare focused private equity fund that invests in the high growth healthcare sector of some of the world's fastest growing economies in South Asia and Southeast Asia. 

Prior to Quadria, he has 3 years of management consulting experience focusing on corporate brand strategy for Asian companies. He also has business development experience in Asian and European alternative investment markets. 

Mervin has also successfully led several national research projects covering Branding, Corporate Strategy and Financial Markets. He has also published in the field of brand and organisational strategy with articles featured in business periodicals and continues to participate actively as a speaker on topics covering impact investing and healthcare.
