Meryl Yang is Senior Manager for Northeast Asia and Taiwan Market Representative at AVPN. She drives market engagement and cross-border collaboration across impact investing, green value chains, and strategic philanthropy, connecting impact-foucsed capital providers with like-minded partners and best practices. With a decade of cross-sector leadership experience, Meryl has led growth initiatives spanning social entrepreneurship, fundraising, and international business development. She previously secured multi-year partnerships with leading corporates and philanthropists to launch Taiwan’s first charitable tele-counseling service for young adults, and later managed investor reporting and engagement at Taiwan’s largest impact venture capital firm. Earlier in her career, she supported telecom groups across South and Southeast Asia in expanding digital advertising ventures and co-founded a job platform empowering migrant workers to advance their careers. Meryl is passionate about mobilizing patient capital through innovative finance and building ecosystems that enable social innovators to thrive. Outside of work, she is an avid scuba and freediver.
