Melanie Llorca Moleño is currently the Director for Inclusive Business at the Board of Investments, an attached agency of the Department of Trade and Industry in the Philippines. She has worked with non-profit, public and private sector institutions doing value chain analysis, strategic and business planning, project management and evaluation, systems development and analysis, and preparation of feasibility studies, market researches, impact evaluation, and case studies. She has also been involved in areas of information technology, management, accounting and finance with private organizations, such as Raymond James and Associates, Inc. and Conmed-Linvatec, Inc. in the United States, and Transparency International Philippines.

Her latest engagement prior to her current position was with the Inclusive Business Center of the Philippine Business for Social Progress. She has been supporting startup organizations, and serves as a trustee of Siargao Islands Wildlife Conservation Foundation, Inc. She has bachelor?s degrees in International Business and Technology Management, and has a master?s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. She is also a graduate of the Agribusiness Executives Program of the University of Asia and the Pacific.
