Megha Pradhan is a Policy and Training Manager with the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL). As the regional education policy lead for J-PAL South Asia, Megha works on disseminating policy lessons, scaling up evidence-backed interventions and catalysing policy relevant research in education. As part of the World Bank coordinated CLEAR Initiative, she also works on building capacity on monitoring and evaluation of government and civil society partners.

Previously, Megha was with the National Knowledge Commission, an advisory body to the then Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh, where she worked on education, agriculture, and entrepreneurship. She has also taught undergraduate courses in Economics as an Assistant Professor at the University of Delhi. Megha holds a Master's in Economics from Delhi School of Economics as well as the University of Maryland, College Park.
