Nada Mustapha is Director, UAE at AVPN, where she leads the organisation's strategic growth, partnerships, and impact agenda in the UAE. She provides strategic and operational leadership to strengthen AVPN’s presence in the region, mobilise capital for impact, and build cross-sector collaborations that advance climate action, inclusive development, and social innovation. As part of AVPN’s regional leadership, Nada works closely with global and regional colleagues to translate AVPN’s mission into locally relevant, high-impact initiatives. Nada brings over 14 years of experience in social impact, corporate sustainability, and philanthropy across the UAE. Prior to joining AVPN, she served as Vice President Community Outreach, Social Impact & Worker Welfare at Aldar, one of the region’s leading real estate developers, where she led large-scale social impact programmes, inclusive employment initiatives, and strategic partnerships with government, NGOs, and private sector stakeholders. She is a recognised practitioner in ESG and impact strategy, with a strong track record of designing scalable, partnership-driven platforms that deliver measurable social outcomes. Nada believes that mobilising private, public, and philanthropic capital in alignment is essential to accelerating impact, and that collaboration is the foundation of resilient and inclusive economies. Nada lives in Abu Dhabi with her family and three children. She is passionate about environmental stewardship and finds balance through reading and staying active.
