Nadira is a venture builder, a serial entrepreneur, a community driver, a mother of 6 and a technology junkie. Graduated from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Skudai with BSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering, Nadira started off as an Electrical Engineer, but soon found her calling in entrepreneurship.

Throughout her 23 years of entrepreneurial journey, she has embarked on various technology driven businesses from hardware manufacturing and assembly, to software development, interactive edutainment program, renewable energy and now her latest venture, Kiddocare, a digital platform embracing gig - economy concept that provides access to trained, and certified childcare and early education services. She is driven by the desire to create positive impact through technology, and have now also taken a leap into impact driven ventures.

Nadira is also an active member of many non-profit organizations. She served as the Deputy President of the National Council of Women’s Organizations (NCWO) Malaysia (2018 - 2020), heading the Economy and Entrepreneurship pillar. She is also Malaysia’s focal point of the Asean Women Entrepreneurs Network (AWEN), and leads AWEN Malaysia as its President. She started and led Girls in Tech Malaysia for 5 years, and is also the past President of the Malaysian Women Entrepreneur Network (WENA).

When not at work, managing domestic duties and practicing Muay Thai, she enjoys golfing, cooking and hosting friends and families
