Nathan supports the full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and learning and development.

He has previously worked in learning and development as well as program management. With a strong belief in AVPN's mission, Nathan knows that our people are at the center of our success. He strives to support the organisational and individual growth at AVPN. 

Nathan holds a Bachelors's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Boston University. From serving as an orientation leader in university to frequently being approached by strangers for directions, Nathan loves to support people through transitions and to offer a helping hand.
