I have worked for over fourteen years with a multitude of Civil Society Organisations, NGO?s, and INGO?s in a variety of sectors, including Education, Health, and Protection. I have implemented complex large projects in refugee camps, in migrant communities, with internally displaced populations and worked closely with governments to set policies and integrated frameworks. I have worked with a diverse range of donors including institutional, philanthropic and social. I have a strong professional background with a Master of Philosophy (M. Phil.) in Reconciliation after Violent Conflict from Trinity College, Dublin and a financial accounting background. 
I am inspired everyday by the power play to develop life skills in children and youth from all ages and backgrounds, in the communities I'm humbled to work with and from an incredibly driven team.
