About

Neelam is leading the Sustainability and Social Impact advisory vertical of ALSiSAR Impact. She is responsible for helping the clients measure their Sustainability performance and assess the impact of their products or services and programs. She also assists social enterprises with their buisness strategy.

She has worked in both consulting and corporate space before. Being a part of the Sustainability team at Tata Technologies, she was engaged in Stakeholder engagement, developing sustainability strategy and reporting for Tata Technologies. And while working at Baker Tilly DHC and RSM GC Advisory, a Sustainability and Energy Advisory firm, she worked with global clients from varied sectors in assessing their Sustainability performance and developing their Sustainability reports.

She completed Masters in Environmental Sciences from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon and is a graduate in Botany, Zoology and Chemistry.
