Nikhil has close to 20 years of experience in the industry, consulting, and development sector. In his role as Director - Strategy & Results at Magic Bus India Foundation, Nikhil is responsible for the strategy development and scale-up plans of the organization. Prior to joining Magic Bus, Nikhil has work experience in strategy and operations with EY, KPMG, PwC, and ECS Limited. He has led transformation programs for corporate clients across diverse sectors.

Nikhil is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from VJTI - Mumbai University and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad.
