Nina is an Associate for the Southeast Asia market. She provides support to the Malaysia market by assisting with the management of the Malaysian portfolio and project management. Additionally, she supports the operations of the Southeast Asia team by carrying out administrative duties. She is an interdisciplinary learner, and this is reflected in the various roles she has held throughout her career. Prior to joining AVPN, she worked in academic research before moving to a Canadian biotechnology company that focuses on antibody therapy for difficult-to-treat cancers. She has also gained experience in community engagement, where she led workshops aimed at fostering the development of cross-cultural communication and intercultural fluency within the community. She holds a degree in Biochemistry from the University of British Columbia, where she developed an interest in sustainability and economic development. Outside of work, she enjoys endurance sports, seeking out new adventures, and exploring local coffee shops.
