Natalie has over 25 years of experience, Natalie has a diverse background in international development, commercial agribusiness, academic research and humanitarian work. She holds a master’s in business administration with a strong foundation in marine science. Her career has been marked by successful collaborations with major donors such as FAO, USAID, GAC, and the World Bank. Natalie has dedicated 14 years to the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Her global experience spans several countries including the Philippines, Samoa, Papua New Guinea, Bangladesh, and Indonesia, where she has managed and implemented projects in agri-finance, agribusiness, climate-smart agriculture, and gender mainstreaming. Natalie’s career is marked by her adept skills in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and policy development, particularly in challenging, multicultural environments. She has led significant programs focused on sustainable development, achieving inclusive growth, and enhancing environmental sustainability. Beyond her professional skills, Natalie is deeply committed to improving lives of small-scale farmers and fisherfolks. She champions sustainable, business-focused agricultural practices and passionately supports diversity, inclusivity, and gender equality.
