Neha heads business development and strategy for the International Innovations Corps, an international development start-up at the University of Chicago. Her role is to grow the IIC's sphere of influence and establish strategic partnerships for maximal social impact. 

She started her international development career at the International Finance Corporation, the private equity wing of the World Bank Group where she worked as an advisor to governments seeking private sector participation in infrastructure projects. She has deep experience in organization change, development finance, and public policy, with a particular interest in South Asia, healthcare and financial inclusion. 

Neha has a graduate degree in public administration from Columbia University and a MA in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick. She also has a BA in Economics from Lady Shriram College for Women, University of Delhi.

As a true millennial, she also has a side hustle - screenwriting. She is the creator and writer of "Ladies Room", a hit comedy web series released by Yash Raj Films in 2015 and she continues to moonlight as a screenwriter.
