Pallavi is a seasoned finance professional with over 6.5 years of specialised expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) management. In her role at AVPN, she serves as the AP Specialist, where she is responsible for managing the end-to-end cycle of day-to-day invoice processing, expense approvals, and essential payroll support. Additionally, she serves as the organisation’s Expensify Super-user, optimising the platform to ensure streamlined financial workflows. With an MBA in Finance from Pune University, Pallavi has built a proven track record in complex system implementations, including SAP Concur, Oversight, and Zendesk. Her comprehensive technical toolkit includes proficiency in SAP Concur, Cognos, and ServiceNow, with specialised experience in General Ledger (GL) reconciliation and corporate card administration for major institutions like US Bank, CitiManager, and JP Morgan Chase. She has experience creating custom audit rules to ensure seamless compliance and organisational transparency. Her ability to blend technical precision with process improvement makes her an asset to the finance team. Beyond her professional life, Pallavi balances her meticulous attention to detail with personal passions, finding joy in cooking and listening to music.
