Save the Date for AVPN Events
Paul assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Community Foundation of Singapore (CFS) on 1 April 2025. Prior to CFS, he held leadership roles within the public service, including at the Singapore Tourism Board and the National Arts Council, where he was Deputy Chief Executive, overseeing corporate services, planning, sector development, and marketing and communications. Paul has volunteered in various capacities over the years, including serving on the boards of arts and cultural organisations, including the Singapore Chinese Orchestra, the Singapore Symphony Group, the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre and the Arts House Limited. Prior to joining CFS full-time, he served as a member of its Programmes and Grants Committee. Paul graduated from the National University of Singapore, holds a Masters of Arts in Culture and Communications from the University of East Anglia, and recently completed a PhD programme in Creative Writing at Nanyang Technological University. Paul joined CFS on 12 August 2024.
