Catlyn Chen, Senior Associate for the AVPN China. She dedicates to promoting youth sustainable development exchange between China and the world. She has previously served as the Executive Secretary of the Beijing Kangxing Charity Foundation, the Head of the Greater China Region for the United Nations COP26 Global Assembly, and was involved in the founding of the youth empowerment platform, Shimmer SDGs Hub. In her professional endeavors, she has long been an active representative and organizer for Chinese youth on international platforms such as World Expos, the China-Africa Youth Economic Sustainability Forum, and the International Telecommunication Union of the United Nations. Catlyn Chen is also an "Horizon Scholar" with Effective Altruism Hong Kong (EAHK) and has served as a core member in research projects initiated by Renmin University's School of Labor and Human Resources, the Shanghai Overseas Chinese Foundation, UNESCO, and the Nanjing Peace Forum. Her educational background includes studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Cornell University, and participation in sustainable development programs in Germany (Tango) and Russia (KFU).
