Poonam deeply cares about  social issues, especially education, and thrives in people-centric organisations.  She has consistently engaged in programs that build the capacity of organisations and institutions to excel.  Her 13+ year career spans across the corporate & social sector, from working for large conglomerates to social start-ups.  She specialises in operations management to scale-up programs and MEL (Monitoring Evaluation & Learning) to strengthen the program outcomes and impact.  She completed her post-graduation from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.  She loves travelling to explore different cultures and cuisines.
