About

Radhika Ralhan is heading the Innovations for Exponential Impact unit (formerly Advisory) at CAF India. She is a sustainability expert, a University Gold Medallist, and holds an MPhil in Sociology. At CAF India, she is advancing the SDG engagement with Indian industry by initiating innovative platforms such as the SDGs Drivers’ Forum. She also represents CAF India at the core group of the drafting committee of CSR Standards at the Bureau of Indian Standards, Govt. of India. Currently, she is extending strategic advisory, designing innovative programmes, conducting stakeholder collaborations, and upscaling the impact of ongoing sustainability projects with an objective to advance the responsible business and sustainability portfolio of the private sector. She has enhanced her academic insights by working with Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi) for an EU project on Learning Network on Sustainability (LENS), which focussed on sustainable product service and systems thinking. She was involved in imparting pedagogy and learning resources for worldwide HEIs of Europe - Italy, Finland, and Netherlands and China and Thailand in Asia. She has presented her research work and perspectives on global platforms in Milan, Istanbul, and Copenhagen and has taught at prominent universities such as IHM, Pusa and Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi. For Radhika, innovation, unconventional thinking, working on unexplored avenues, and leveraging outcomes are key drivers in the sustainability discourse.
