As part of the South Asia markets team, Radhika works on mobilising efforts towards member engagement in the region, ensuring systemic collaboration among diverse funders.

With close to 9 years of experience in the social impact sector, Radhika has driven program design and operations, enabled strategic partnerships and led multi-stakeholder ecosystem initiatives across education, skilling, edtech and livelihood domains. She began her career in brand strategy and communication, building a strong foundation in narrative building and stakeholder management.

Radhika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Mass Communication Studies with a specialisation in Advertising and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC), Mumbai. She also holds a bachelor degree in Sociology from St.Xavier's College, Kolkata.
Outside her work, Radhika is busy perfecting her photography shots, doodling, enjoying pop culture, and taste-testing her way through local cuisines.
