A Professional with broad experience in managing vocational training projects, strategic partnerships and Resource Mobilisation for national level organisations. Rakesh comes with an overall experience of more than 14 years in the development sector. He is a post graduate from Delhi University and lives in New Delhi.  He has also worked in the private sector for 4 years and handled the overseas business customers of a tech giant.

He is part of the membership development team and his primary role is to increase the membership base of AVPN in the Northern Region. He reports to the COO India.
