Rose Berg is Director of Advocacy & Communications for the Chandler Foundation. Prior to joining the Chandler Foundation, she led Weber Shandwick’s West Coast Social Impact practice and served as Global Client Lead for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Rose also counseled corporate clients on how to seize the opportunity to demonstrate purposeful leadership – across sustainable growth and social impact –and helped to guide foundations and nonprofits to build breakthrough communications on issues spanning global health and development, social justice, education, and sustainability. Rose was honored as the first-ever recipient of the Ranny Cooper Award for Exceptional Leadership, a peer-nominated accolade recognizing distinguished leadership and community service among the Weber Shandwick community. She received her bachelor’s degrees in political science and communications from the University of Washington, and, has completed the Executive Leadership Program at Berkeley Haas School of Business.
