Rebecca McMurray is a fundraising professional with over seven years experience working in the not-for-profit sector, mainly in international development. She is currently Major Partnerships Manager - Asia, at ActionAid International and has also previously worked for ActionAid UK. Rebecca holds a Masters in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London, and a Bachelors in Geography (Human) from King's College London.

ActionAid is an international development charity working in over 45 countries globally. It is an established and well-respected presence in the Asia region with programmes in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Thailand and Vietnam. ActionAid's core areas of focus in the region is on: disaster relief and preparedness; quality public education; women and girls empowerment; sustainable agriculture and livelihoods; good governance and accountability. 

I am particularly keen to connect with social good investors and those with a keen interest in poverty relief work, both in Asia and globally.
