Rick has led project and business development efforts for investment banking, insurance brokerage and entrepreneurial businesses for over 20 years. He has extensive global experience in structuring and syndicating funding for projects in the private and public sectors with government parties and has completed many successful transactions as Global Head of Project Finance and Advisory for JP Morgan Chase. Whether building # 1 market share for their Project Finance business, being CEO of Assurex Global insurance brokerage business, or as an entrepreneur at Avcomm International, Rick earned a peer reputation for focusing collaborative working groups to reach common private and public goals. Rick has written articles on privatization, been a speaker on project finance drivers to success and volunteered with US AID in teaching investors on using structured finance as a tool globally, despite different cultures. Rick has a passion for working on child abuse prevention. He has been President and/or board member of numerous civic organizations including Exchange Club Foundation, Pilgrim Towers Housing, Parenting Skills Center, etc. He graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Business Administration and from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University with an MBA. He joined Third Sector in 2012 and focuses on raising funding for the new Pay For Success transactions being implemented in the U.S.
